Recruiting is no longer just about talent—it’s about timing, fit, leverage, and long-term thinking. We're here to help parents understand their child's offers, evaluate programs, and leverage NIL the smart way.

The transfer portal changed how coaches recruit—fewer high school offers, more pressure.
NIL is real, but most families don’t know how to spot real opportunity vs smoke.
The wrong program could derail playing time, development, and cost your family $$$$ in earning potential.
Families are left to figure it out alone—without the behind-the-scenes info you need.
This isn’t simply about what college to choose. It’s about making the decision with confidence, leverage, information and making sure your family is in control of what comes next.
Clarity, confidence, and a roadmap you can trust.
We’ll look beyond the surface of each offer—examining scholarship value, roster depth, coaching stability, and whether your child is a priority or just filling a spot.

You’ll find out which programs actually support NIL and growth, and which ones are just using it as a buzzword. We’ll assess if the school is set up to help your child earn and develop—on and off the court or field.
I’ll give you specific questions that uncover what coaches aren’t saying in their pitches, from real expectations to playing time, medical coverage, and support beyond year one.

We’ll map out how to make the most of their next move now, while also planning for what happens if the situation changes (transfer, redshirt, etc.). Your family will leave prepared, not guessing.

FAQs
Your Key Questions Answered: College Prep Made Simple
What does NIL stand for and how does it affect my child
NIL stands for Name, Image, and Likeness, allowing students to earn from their personal brand.
What exactly will I get in this session?
You’ll receive a personalized strategy that includes:
A detailed breakdown of your athlete’s current offers and how they compare to others on the table (focusing on pros and cons you might not be aware of).
Intel on the NIL opportunities each school provides and how those can impact your athlete's earning potential.
Specific questions to ask coaches to make sure you're not left in the dark on things like playing time, development, and NIL plans.
A long-term game plan that positions your athlete for success even if they end up transferring or facing other unexpected situations.
While recruiting agencies help you with college placement, our focus is on maximizing the current offers your athlete has, providing clarity around NIL, and giving you the insight needed to make an informed decision. We take into account both on-field development and the off-field value of each offer, ensuring your athlete is set up for long-term success.
How will you give me the personalized insights for my athlete?
We’ll gather the information prior to the session via a brief questionnaire and a consultation call. This will allow me to dive deep into your athlete’s current status, offers, goals, and preferences, ensuring we can create a plan that’s unique to them.
Do you help with NIL deals as part of this?
Yes! I’ll provide you with insider knowledge on how NIL works at the schools your athlete is considering and help you understand how those programs support players’ earning potential. We’ll also discuss how NIL might impact your athlete’s decision-making and long-term career, ensuring you're prepared for what to ask schools about their NIL support.
What is the best time for my athlete to start this process?
The earlier, the better. Whether your athlete has the offers they want or not, starting 6–12 months before the season gives us ample time to work with you on positioning, negotiation, and setting up an ideal NIL strategy if applicable. That being said, we can still be extremely helpful even in the last few months before a decision is made.
How do I know this is worth the investment?
You have everything to gain by making the right decision now. D1 college athletics is changing families' lives every day, but the game is competitive—and missing out on crucial information or trying to figure it out on your own could cost you thousands, or for some, millions.
In this session, we’ll focus on maximizing your athlete’s opportunities and making sure they’re positioned for the best possible outcome. From playing time and NIL opportunities to academic fit and personal development, we’ll cover it all. The reality is, if you don’t have the right strategy and intel, others will—and they're already working with the resources and support that could leave your athlete behind.
You’ll get ongoing email support for 30 days after the consultation, so if you have follow-up questions or need more clarity, I’m available to guide you. Additionally, I offer ongoing services for families who need more intensive help with NIL contracts, sponsorships, or program negotiation.
